The City of Union City present the hit musical show "The Union City Christmas Spectacular" on Friday & Saturday, December 8 & 9, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Union City Performing Arts Center, 2500 Kennedy Boulevard, Union City, NJ.  Free admission.

"The Union City Christmas Spectacular" is an exciting evening of live theatre full of memorable holiday music.  The show features a talented cast of top-notch vocalists, energetic dancing, and breathtaking aerial acts.  It is a fun-filled show for the entire family!!!  Kick-off the Holiday Season with this warm and happy show!!!

The show stars actor/singer Eddie Marco; renowned vocalists John Jay Hebert, Holly Holcomb, and Luz del Alba; the incredible circus skills of Cece Thom; the dynamic dancing duo Gaby & Johnathan; the energetic dancing of the TapOlé Dance Company; and a special appearance by Santa.

Free Admission.  Free parking is available at the 23rd Street Parking Deck located on 23rd Street between Summit and Kerrigan Avenues.

Children's Halloween Party

FREE Children's Halloween Party on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 beginning at 4:00 PM at Jose Marti Freshman Academy, Union City, NJ.  Free Admission, refreshments, and live show.  Everyone is invited to attend.

Kidnerf is a Youtube Channel dedicated to children.   The videos feature "Kidnerf" and his sidekick "SideKid" as they face-off against "bad" clowns and zombies.  They are educational in that they aim to help children confront their fears.

Rusty the Dog was created as Union City's mascot.   The character appeared in hundreds of events over the years to the delight of many children.  He even appeared on several local TV shows and toured schools.  A song was composed and he usually performed to his own beat. After many years, we've decided to expand on the positive message of Rusty the Dog, and create this blog to bring information about children's activities to parents throughout New Jersey.
